Notification on Regulations for Transporting Fresh Meat/ Fish

1. Inspection certification: All fresh meat and live fish products must have a valid inspection certification from the competent authority, confirming that they have been inspected for quality and food safety.
2. Packaging requirements: The product must be packaged in a sealed package, protected from contamination, ensuring hygiene and not damaging the product during transportation. For fish and meat, the packaging must ensure freshness and quality. The outer packaging must include the full name, address, and telephone number of the sender and recipient.
3. Packaging temperature: Fresh meat and live fish must be stored and transported at a temperature below 4°C (39°F) to ensure safety and prevent the growth of bacteria and pathogens.
